Q: How soon after I order a card I'll be able to use the card?
A: Usually we process orders in 1 to 5 hours. If you need your PIN urgent please contact us via email, phone or fax – we will take care of your order. If you didn’t receive your PIN in 24 hours please contact us by phone or fax (sometime our emails do not going through to your email box and we cannot contact you). |
Q: Do you have any connection fee?
A: No. No connection fees. |
Q: How can I get a PIN code ?
A: Your PIN code can be emailed or faxed, please provide us with valid email address or fax number. If you don’t give us either one there is no way you will be able to receive you PIN#. |
Q: Do you have any hidden charges on the card?
A: There is 49 cent weekly maintenance fee. |
Q: Do I have to use all the minutes on my international prepaid card at once, or I can use the card to place multiple calls?
A: Both USA Phone Cards and Green Phone Cards can be used for multiple calls. |
Q: Can I use my card to call two different countries and within USA or Canada?
A: Of Course, Our cards are universal, they could be used to call wherever you want. |
Q: Are those cards rechargeable?
A:Yes, but you should buy minimum of $60 card to recharge your card. |
Q: Can I call from countries outside of USA?
A: Yes, we have a Canadian access number as well. |
Q: Do the cards have the expiration date?
A: Our cards don't expire & don’t have any expiration dates. |
Q: How the $0.49 weekly maintenance fee will be assessed?
A: $0.49 weekly fee will be deducted directly from your PIN (Calling Card), not from your Credit Card.
